Head of Intellectual Property at Formlabs, the Boston-based 3D-printing company, responsible for patent litigation, prosecution, licensing and portfolio development worldwide. Previously practised in Silicon Valley at Fish & Richardson and Morgan Lewis, representing technology companies in patent litigation and prosecution. Advises life-sciences and technology companies on corporate matters, transactions and intellectual property strategy. Began his career at Jones Day, handling patent strategy, due diligence and freedom-to-operate; spent nearly a decade as a senior patent attorney at DSM, then served as general counsel of two clinical-stage biotechnology companies.
